Puis afficher FASTA. J'ai trouvé svo, Shewanella violacea DSS12; ppr, photobacterium profundum; cps, Colwellia psychrerythraea. Pas de Moritella?

Page 54, le temps de doublement de la population:+ "S.violacea DSS12 (shewanella) is a moderately piezophilic bacterium and was isolated from sediment of the Ryukyu Trench at 5,110 m (Kato et al. 1995a, Nogi et al. 1998b). lt is able to grow at hydrostatic pressures of up to 70 MPa (Kato et al. 1995a) with a relatively constant doubling time in a wide pressure range (0.1 MPa to 70 MPa), whereas the doubling times of most of the piezophilic S.benthica strains change substantially with increasing pressure (Kato et al. 1995a, 1996a, 1998)."+ Kato C., T.Sato and K.Horikoshi, 1995. 1.
